How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?

We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?

For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming our coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date printed on the bag, though it remains safe to drink much longer.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on the product page before adding it to your cart.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roastery.

What is your return policy for food items?
