At Third Wave Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew meets our high standards of quality; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and brewing equipment.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a piece of brewing equipment or merchandise in its original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on opened coffee beans or ground coffee.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our roasting team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and ship them back to our main roastery using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
